Magoffin is Complete
Magoffin Street Triplex is a 2-story Triplex with 3 units for affordable housing rentals. We offer a 3-BR 2nd floor unit for a family, and a 2-1-BR units on the 1st floor to house individuals, small families, and couples. We are sincerely grateful to all those who played a vital role in making Magoffin a tremendous success, and we are pleased to announce its successful completion.
From Blueprints to Reality!
Gleanings Housing has worked with a community of volunteers to complete the Magoffin Triplex, so we have increase the number of affordable rental housing units in the Lexington Area.
Our community of volunteer involves a diverse profile of monetary donations, in-kind donations, individual and group labor, and grants with no debt touching this property.
Thank you for joining us in completing this project.
Completing this project has been a labor of love and we are asking all of our community members interested in helping others to contact us today and establish a plan for joining our work in the Lexington area.

Landscape Volunteers for Legacy Home
Description: a role needed on regular basis; take shifts to mow/weed eat and care for the lawn at Legacy Home on weekly basis during Spring/Summer/Fall. Helpful if the volunteer has a weed eater, but a mower is provided.

Description: Volunteers that meet regularly to help guide and facilitate the various activities of Gleanings Housing. These are volunteer positions looking for those applicants passionate about providing affordable housing or towards ending homelessness.

When it comes to making housing affordable, we can find ways to use all volunteers. From individuals to groups, we want to partner with you. Ranging anywhere from administrative duties to on-site labor, or even things that can be done from the comfort of your own home, partnering with Gleanings Housing can have many facets.
